This Refund Policy outlines our policy on payments, cancellations, and the rare circumstances under which a refund might (or might not) be considered. 1. Nature of Our Service

1.1 Digital Product
We provide a web-based service that accesses publicly available Instagram information to display recent followers and recent following (“followers” and “following”). As this involves instant access to digital data, our service is considered “consumed” at the moment of purchase or subscription activation.

1.2 Public Data Only
Our tool only works with publicly visible Instagram accounts. We do not bypass any private settings, nor require your own Instagram login. The real-time nature of our service means we cannot revert, reclaim, or “return” the product once purchased or accessed.

2. No Refunds: All Sales Are Final

2.1 No Refund for Purchased Services
Given the immediate and consumable nature of our digital service, all sales are final. We do not offer full or partial refunds for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Dissatisfaction with the results or data provided
• Inability to find information on specific Instagram users (e.g., private accounts)
• Change of mind or personal circumstances

2.2 Immediate Access
Once you complete your payment, the service is made available for use right away. Because we deliver digital information instantly, it is impossible for us to recover or restrict the consumed resource, which is why we do not issue refunds.

3. Subscriptions & Cancellations (If Applicable)

3.1 Automatic Renewals
For subscription-based services, your subscription may renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel prior to the renewal date. You are responsible for managing your own subscription settings.

3.2 Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings or through the link provided in your order confirmation. Cancellations take effect in the next billing cycle; therefore, we do not offer prorated or partial refundsfor any unused portion of a subscription period.

3.3 Missed Cancellation Window
If you fail to cancel before your renewal date, the system will charge you automatically. We do not provide refunds in these situations, as resources for the upcoming cycle have already been allocated.

4. Service Availability & Data Accuracy

4.1 Reliance on Instagram’s Public Data
Our service retrieves data directly from Instagram’s publicly available information. Instagram may alter its API, limit access to data, or change what is publicly visible. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted or perfect data accuracy at all times due to these external factors.

4.2 No Guarantee of Completeness
We do not guarantee that all followers or following data will be captured or displayed in real time, especially if Instagram implements rate limits, region locks, or other technical restrictions.

5. Technical Issues & Liability

5.1 No Refund for Technical Glitches
We strive to maintain a high level of uptime. However, occasional technical issues, downtime, or delays may occur due to server maintenance, third-party API changes, or other factors outside our control. These issues do not warrant a refund.

5.2 Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use (or inability to use) our service, including but not limited to lost data, lost business, or lost profits.

6. Disputes & Chargebacks

6.1 Agreement Not to File Unwarranted Chargebacks
By using our Service, you agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes without first contacting us to resolve any concerns. Unwarranted chargebacks may result in immediate termination of your account and/or legal action.

6.2 Consequences of Chargebacks
If you file a dispute or chargeback in violation of this Policy and your dispute is resolved in your favor by your bank, we reserve the right to invoice you for the reversed transaction amount plus any associated fees. Unpaid invoices may be turned over to a collections agency.

7. Threats & Extortion

7.1 Zero Tolerance
We do not tolerate blackmail or threats aimed at circumventing our no-refund policy, such as threatening negative reviews or disputes unless a refund is provided.

7.2 Legal Action
We reserve the right to pursue legal remedies if a customer engages in extortion or defamation in an attempt to force a refund.
